We received a call from the owner of this particular property located about 5 miles outside of Alresford in Hampshire. The remit was a full external window clean including a deep clean of all frames, cills and window frame reveals; having been let down by the building contractors in the final stages of the buildings hand-over to client. In addition to the window clean the building’s black wooden cladding was badly soiled with builders cement and render splashes as well as any exposed brick-work – the wish was for this to be removed without causing additional damage to the cladding.
